My experience of the album focuses to vague hints of four riders symbol in western culture, culminating in paintings of father and son, both descended to the ultimate reality to where the four riders eventually lead us all. Though most of physical world and life in general may appear as null, there are scarcely summits of space mountains emerging from void. Momentariness of all may be only cause for meanigns and give reason to existence..Remembering Mr. Hofman when spinning this.record. Eetu Pellonpää
A side of the Collective that tickles my special area. This album's mission statement, if you will, is a more earthly delivery. The delightful approach towards the early 70's-like Grateful Dead / New Riders style with tremendous pedal steel, patient, textured keyboards, incredible secondary guitar juxtapositions, well played electric mando, violin and other exotic instruments. I have such appreciation to this music. It's all inclusive and not marred by any restraints.
